#1 What Is The Best Website For Bitcoin Trading?
My go-to exchange is definitely Binance. They have low fees, as low as 0.05% per trade when using BnB tokens (0.1% without). They offer a variety of tokens and is continuously expanding (at least a 2–3 per month, latest were ZIL, SYS, and LOOM, three quality coins). There has pretty much been at least 1 trading competition every month, the last one I participated in I won 1000 ONT. Currently there is a NANO trading competition going on.
Good Coin Liquidity, hard to find on many exchanges ($3,087,445,720 USD/319,749 BTC traded in the last 24 hours). Basic and Advanced Trading Interfaces (configure stop-loss, etc)They have not been hacked (yet) and the latest attempts at theft of users funds was stopped as auto-lock mechanisms disabled withdraws resulting in the hackers funds being taken, instead of customers.
Second on the list would have to be Huobi.Pro. They have their own token that offers similar benefits as the BnB Token. It can also be used for community voting and trading fee reduction. Huobi will also reward holders at times with random airdrops. Huobi is an entire ecosystem within itself. They don’t only offer trading. The ecosystem consists of a mining pool integrated with the exchange, and multiple sub-exchanges that your account gives you access to. They also offer margin trading accounts which can be beneficial.

#2 What Is The Best Exchange For Altcoin Trading?
There are a few good exchanges. However, it is best practice to have accounts on multiple because chances are there will be coins you want on one exchange that are offered on another. For example, I have an accounts on:
OKEx for REN and OK
Bibox for eosDAC and BIX
KuCoin for KCS
CoinTiger for TCH
Etc. . .
In terms of your first altcoin exchange for constant buying and selling, the best for me would have to be Binance again for liquidity, volume, quality coins, and day-trading. My other choice would be KuCoin for potential gems to HODL.
